Our latest blog looks at our recent  brigadeiro adventures at three unforgettable wedding fairs here in beautiful Hertfordshire. Over the past month, we've been on a whirlwind tour, showcasing our sweet delights and connecting with brides, grooms, and couples-to-be.

Tythe Barn at Tewinbury Farm: Where It All Began

Our wedding fair season kicked off at the enchanting 17th-century Tythe Barn at Tewinbury Farm, and it was nothing short of magical. As soon as our brigadeiros made their entrance, they became an instant hit. Brides and grooms were captivated by the delicate balance of flavours and the sheer beauty of our Brigadeiro Towers.

What caught their eye the most was the possibility of having these exquisite treats as a unique and stunning alternative to the traditional wedding cake. It was wonderful to have met so many excited couples who saw our brigadeiros as the perfect addition to their big day, either as wedding favours or an alternative wedding cake.

Knebworth House: Where Flavour Dreams Come True

Next on our adventure was the historic and contemporary Barns nestled within the deer park at Knebworth House. Couples from all walks of life were fascinated by the world of possibilities our brigadeiros offered. From classic flavours like chocolate and coconut to more adventurous choices like pistachio and strawberry, everyone discovered something to delight their taste buds.

However, once again it was our Brigadeiro Towers that truly stole the show. Many couples are now considering these artistic creations as the centerpiece for their wedding, adding a unique and unforgettable touch to their special day.

Hatfield House: A Historic Touch to a Whimsical Day

Our final wedding fair stop took us to the breathtaking Old Palace and contemporary Riding School at Hatfield House. The historic setting provided the perfect backdrop for our brigadeiros, and it was an instant match made in sweet heaven.

Brides couldn't help but fall in love with the whimsical touch our brigadeiros added to their dream weddings. It was great to connect with so many couples who deeply appreciated the unique experience our delicious brigadeiros could bring to their special day.
