Our workshop is a fantastic way to bring groups of people of all ages together to interact in a fun and relaxed environment.

Creative, engaging, and easy to follow, this session offers a unique opportunity for families, friends, colleagues to spend quality time together, learn something new, and enjoy a delightful treat at the end. After all, who doesn’t love chocolate?

This session is open to both children and adults, making it an inclusive experience for everyone. Each participant will create their own box of 12 brigadeiros to take home and enjoy.

The workshop includes the following activities:

• A fun taste test for all attendees
• An interactive discussion and story about the origins of the brigadeiro
• A live demonstration of how to make chocolate brigadeiros
• Folding and assembling the boxes
• Rolling the brigadeiros
• Packing the trufflesTo add a competitive twist, selected judges will evaluate the brigadeiro boxes for neatness and presentation. The winner will receive an Emmy’s brigadeiro box of 12 as a prize!
