Creative, fun and easy, our session will have a unique way for colleagues, friends, family to spend some time together, learning something new…with a tasty treat at the end…and after all,

who doesn’t love chocolate!?

The workshop will include the following activities:

• A taste test for all the attendees
• An interactive discussion and story about the origin of the brigadeiro
• A demonstration of how the chocolate brigadeiro is made
• Folding the boxes
• Rolling the brigadeiros
• Packing the truffles

At the end, the chosen judges will inspect all the brigadeiro boxes and select a winner based on their neatness and presentation. The winner will be awarded an Emmy’s brigadeiro box of 24.
