The wedding cake….a traditional(and delicious!) part of any wedding reception. Often multi-tiered, adorned with royal icing and embellished with sugar flowers with a mini bride and groom positioned firmly on the top tier.

Here at Emmy’s Brigadeiro, we wanted to elevate the ‘traditional’ wedding cake to dizzying heights, creating a celebration offering, delicious to taste, stunning to look at and able to be enjoyed by all.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the Brigadeiro Tower. Our delicious handmade brigadeiros are carefully assembled on multiple tiers creating an impressive and beautiful centrepiece for the cake or dessert table, customised to match the wedding's colour scheme, available with 5 to 12 tiers and can also be adorned with flowers or other decorations to make it even more visually stunning.

Our Brigadeiro Towers are a unique and memorable way to celebrate any event; weddings, special anniversaries or milestone birthdays!

Unlike the traditional wedding cake, your Brigadeiro tower can include a selection of many flavours (something for everyone!) as well as a choice of vegan options.

We are currently able to take orders within a delivery radius of 2 hours’ drive from Hatfield, delivery price will depend on location, please contact us for a quote.
