The Chocolate Brigadeiro Workshop Format

Our workshop is divided into three fun-filled parts:

Part 1: The Brigadeiro Experience

  • Blindfolded Taste Test – Guess the flavours of unique brigadeiro varieties in a playful challenge.
  • Interactive Discussion – Learn about the rich history and cultural roots of brigadeiros from Brazil.

Part 2: Hands-On Brigadeiro Making

  • Live Demonstration – Watch and learn the step-by-step process of making traditional chocolate brigadeiros.
  • New Recipe to Take Home – Each participant receives an exclusive recipe to recreate the magic at home.

Part 3: The Friendly Competition

Let the games begin! The final stage brings out everyone's competitive side:

  • Rolling the Brigadeiros – Craft your own truffles by hand.
  • Folding Boxes & Packing Treats – Design your gift box with care and creativity.
  • Judging Criteria – Creativity, neatness, and the perfect shape and size.The winner will receive a box of 24 of Emmy’s Brigadeiros! And don't worry—everyone leaves with their own beautifully packaged box of 24 handmade brigadeiros.

    £85 per person after 5pm or on weekend

We bring all the necessary ingredients and equipment; all we require from you are tables, chairs, and access to handwashing facilities nearby. As brigadeiro making is a sweet but slightly messy process, frequent handwashing is essential to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
